The Briars Resort and Spa in Georgina was awarded this year’s VQA Restaurant Award of Excellence by the Wine Council of Ontario.

It is awarded to lincensees who promote Ontario wines with extensive VQA wine lists, tasting menus and wines by the glass.

To celebrate the honour, The Briars is hosting an Ontario Winemaker’s Dinner and Wine Pairing Saturday July 26.
