The Home Depot will initiate a spring cleanup campaign in some Ontario communities, by issuing free recyclable lawn bags during the month of May.

The recyclable bags will be personally delivered by Home Depot associates driving door-to-door in eco-friendly Home Depot-branded Smart Cars.

In York Region, deliveries will be made in Newmarket and Maple.

The Home Depot Smart Car leaf bag delivery will take place until May 26, from noon to 8 p.m. during the week and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

Each bag will contain an offer of $10 off a purchase of $50 or more at the Home Depot, valid until June 15, 2008.
