A woman’s van was broken into in the Laureleaf Road and Steeles Avenue East area Monday at about 5:30 a.m., police said.

The van was packed with several drug samples that were to be distributed to doctor’s offices.

Wellbutrin XL, an anti-depressant, and Ralivia, a chronic pain medication, were in cases in the back of the van.

About 3,500 pills, worth approximately $8,000, were stolen, police said.

Both drugs are potentially hazardous and can cause an overdose if taken in large quantities, police said.

The stolen containers are clearly marked.

If you see the containers, call 911.
