Moore inks deal with Leafs

Dominic Moore has signed on for another year with the Toronto Maple Leafs. 

The 27-year-old Thornhill native signed a one-year contract with the Leafs yesterday, the terms of which aren’t being disclosed.

Drafted by the New York Rangers in 2000 as the 95th pick overall after graduating from Harvard University, Moore joined the Maple Leafs last season after being acquired off waivers from the Minnesota Wild.

During his time with the Leafs, Moore suited up in 38 games and tallied four goals and 10 assists.

In his NHL career, Moore has played 224 games with the Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Wild and Maple Leafs. He has 22 goals and 33 assists.
