When Kipling Gallery opened in 2003, it was the realization of a dream for artists Rocco Pannese and Lou Ruffolo.

The co-owners launched the showplace to encourage individual artistic expression and elevate the cultural profile of the community.

On display are the magnificent works of more than 45 Canadian and international artisans, many of whom are talented in mixed media. As well as running the gallery, Mr. Pannese and Mr. Ruffolo also work directly with each artist and help cultivate their career worldwide.

The gallery features many different art styles including realism, cubism, abstract, sculpture and surrealism expressed through various media such as etching, hand carving, watercolour, pastel, acrylic and more.

As well as permanent displays, Kipling Gallery welcomes special exhibits throughout the year. It also boasts an extensive collection of Inuit art.

Kipling Gallery, located at 7938 Kipling Avenue in Woodbridge, is open Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 PM and Saturday 10 am - 4 PM. Evening and after hours visits can be arranged by appointment. Call 905-265-2192 or go to www.kiplinggallery.com for more information.
