The POP calendar is a York Region-specific event listing. Publication is restricted to events within the geographic boundaries of York Region and its nine municipalities.
We welcome York Region event notices submitted by the public and verify them before posting them to the live POP calendar. Please allow one business day for approval. You must register as either a
Calendar User or an
Event Organizer to submit events. After registering, download, print or save an easy

After approval by yorkregion.com, Event Organizer status allows public submissions to the calendar to appear right away, as long as the event is at a York Region venue in our database.
yorkregion.com will not publish any event which appears to degrade or objectify any particular group. We will not publish sexist, racist, libellous, homophobic or hateful wording or images in either the event description or other information about the event. We will not knowingly link to websites whose content may be offensive to a family audience.

Most event listings are published
free of charge, with the following
exceptions: Event listings detailing registration for classes, memberships, camps or other groups administered by a business are $9.99 per month. Businesses can purchase an enhanced event listing for $25.00 per month. Special retail sales with a designated start and end time can be published, but similar rates apply. All events run by non- profit organizations will be published free of charge.
